Returns Policy

At The Present Planners we want you to be delighted everytime you shop with us.

Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund This does not effect your statutory rights.

If the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty.

Delivery Schedule

Our orders are normally despatched within 4 working days, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

On rare occasions, if an item is out of stock there may be a delay of up to 28 days (some products come from overseas). If this happens we will advise you by email.

Shipping And Handling

On orders up to £50 a charge of £3.95

Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge within the UK mainland. If you want delivery outside the UK, please email us for delivery rates.

We recycle packaging as often as possible, to help protect the environment. This may mean the outer box your goods are delivered in may have already been used once before, we do ensure that your goods are protected and secure.
